For this semester we were asked to think and propose, choosing from 2 situations, being under or beside. They both had different contexts, one being under a pedestrian boulevard and on top of the subway line and the other one beside the river (Río Guaire). Curiously just 2 of almost 20 (i don't remeber exactly) chose the second. Mainly my proposal was to rehabilitate this unclassified space by ordering the billboards and proposing a sequence of spaces, basically for cultural use, though in the end it was a vertical parking lot.
